The CSKT UST/LUST Program works in partnership with the United States Environmental Protection Agency to protect the environment and human health from potential underground storage tank releases. The CSKT UST/LUST program is staffed with a Federally Credentialed Inspector who conducts regulatory compliance inspections, provides compliance assistance to all Federally registered UST facilities within the exterior boundaries of the Flathead Indian Reservation, and ensures releases are cleaned up.
