Business Managementprovides TLD with the monthly certification of revenue and expenses, billing and receipting, budget, payroll and personnel, accounts payable, purchasing, procurement, and property management.

Land Title and Records Office (LTRO) – provides Federal land title maintenance services for Indian individuals and Tribes/Bands, record land title documents and /or encumber Indian trust land, provide certified Title Status Reports (TSRs), and maintain the BIA official automated land ownership database.

Probate Services are provided on Federal probates when the individual owns trust land or has money in an IIM account at the time of passing.  Assists individuals with Last Will and Testaments and Estate Planning.

Realty Services provided for Fee-to-Trust / Trust-to-Fee, Gift Deeds, Acquisitions, Land Exchanges, and Mortgages.

Right of Ways / Easements / Appraisals provides CSKT and individuals with all Right-of-Way, Easement, and Appraisal submissions to the Bureau of Indian Affairs for approval. The ROW specialist also issues road use permits on CSKT owned roadways.

The Land Management Programs oversees the Leasing of Homesite and Agricultural (range/grazing) Permits, and Business, along with lease compliance and property management.

Leasing compliance provides updates for all lease holders to ensure all contract obligations are being met.

Property management provides services on Tribal Lands managed properties. i.e. mowing, fencing, demolitions, and site clean-up.

Homesites Leasing provides services for homesite general information, availability, procedures, waiting lists, applications, modifications, lease transfers, lease/permit renewals, and lease compliance notifications.

Business Leasing / Permits provides services for business leasing availability, procedures, modifications, lease transfers, lease/permit renewals, and lease compliance notifications.

Agricultural Leasing provides services for agricultural leases, bid processes, applications, modifications, lease transfers, and lease compliance notifications.

Range Specialist provides educational outreach in range health, vegetation inventories, invasive noxious weed identification, treatment plans, development and implementation of conservation projects, and is a Burned Area Rehab resource advisor.

Field Compliance provides CSKT with lease compliance throughout the year and assists our lease holders by informing them of any management issues that need to be addressed in a timely manner. The field compliance office also provides services for agricultural fencing services and CSKT managed lands property management.
