Our Work
The Tribal Prosecutors Office handles criminal and civil matter occurring within the exterior boundaries of the Flathead Reservation relating to public welfare issues. The Tribal Prosecutors strive to seek justice, to serve justice, and to do justice in manner consistent with its recognized authority.
The Tribal Prosecutors focuses intervention actions that promote safety, security, services and lawful behaviors to address identified community problems impacting public safety.
