PRESS RELEASE
S&K Gaming, LLC Warns Public About Surge in False Online Gambling Advertisements
With overwhelming concern, S&K Gaming, LLC would like to issue a warning to the public about a significant rise in deceptive online gambling advertisements targeting vulnerable users across websites and social media platforms. Many of these have captured images online of our properties feigning to act on the part of our organization.
S&K Gaming, LLC is not involved with these practices nor do we encourage or promote these activities.
These misleading ads often promise guaranteed winnings, risk-free betting, or falsely claim affiliation with well-known brands, sports figures, or government-backed programs. In many cases, they direct users to unregulated gambling sites that may harvest personal data, refuse payouts, or operate illegally.

Key signs of false gambling ads include:
• Claims of “guaranteed wins” or “risk-free” betting
• Use of fake endorsements from celebrities or public figures
• Mimicking organizational branding and stature
• Unfamiliar website links that mimic legitimate gambling platforms
• Urgent language pressuring users to act quickly
S&K Gaming, LLC is working closely with digital platforms, regulators, and community members to identify and remove these deceptive ads and protect users from falling victim to online scams.
Anyone who encounters a suspicious gambling ad is urged to report it immediately.
