Solid Hazardous Waste/Brownfields Tribal Response Program

The Division of Environmental Protection is home to over 250 employees located in five different facilities within the communities of Ronan, Charlo, Moiese, and Polson. The Department Head serves on the Lake County Solid Waste Board as appointed by the Tribal Council in 2004, as well as the Flathead Basin Commission Chairman, Crown Managers Partnership, Roundtable of the Crown of the Continent, and the Columbia River Treaty Sovereign Review Team.

Our services are available to members and non-members.
