Tribal Council has approved an early closure for CSKT departments on Wednesday, December 24th, at 12:00 PM. In alignment with this, TH services will end at 12:00 PM, with the following exceptions to honor currently scheduled appointments:
- Medical & Behavioral Health Services: St. Ignatius & Polson Health Centers open until 3:30 PM
- Pharmacy Kiosks: Available until 2:00 PM
- All Fitness Centers: Open until 2:00 PM
- Pharmacy locations will close at 12:00 PM.
Don’t forget to pick up your pharmacy prescriptions prior to closure. All TH Centers will reopen for normal hours on Friday, December 26th.

EMERGENCY PRESCRIPTION REFILL OPTIONS
During TH Pharmacy closures, the following options are available for accessing urgent care or emergency prescriptions filled for three (3) days, until the recipient can access a TH Pharmacy:

*If Tribal Health and contracted pharmacies are closed, and a prescription has been written for an urgent need, a Tribal Health recipient may cover the cost of the prescription and request reimbursement by submitting a receipt to the Lead Pharmacist in the Tribal Health Pharmacy. *Note: a W-9 form is required by CSKT Finance to issue reimbursement.*
**Prescriptions written during regular Tribal Health Pharmacy hours must be filled at a Tribal Health Pharmacy. After hours/emergency options are available only for prescriptions ordered by your medical care provider for urgent care when Tribal Health Pharmacy is closed.**
