ʔe pesyaʔ, I’m happy to announce that on Saturday March 28th Mission’s Indian Club will be hosting a family-friendly stickgame tournament to fundraise for our school powwow in May!
We want to encourage intergenerational community involvement in traditional games (at least one youth AND one adult per team), be a learning experience for newer players, and hopefully be a fun day of competing for everyone.
There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd place PRIZES such as blankets, hats, scarves, beadwork, giftcards, hand drums, and more!
