
The Department of Human Resource Development strives to help the unhoused on the reservation. The Warming Center in Pablo offers bunk beds and warm means to unhoused people. The center is open to everyone as guests, but CSKT tribal members have priority for overnight stays during the months of November through March.

The WC is operating under modified hours due to temporary staffing issues. We are open now from 4 pm to 8 am.
Showers and laundry are available at 4 pm. Dinner is served from 6 – 7 pm. Quiet hours start at 9 pm. Gates are closed at 10 pm.
Please call (406) 675-2700 ext. 1190 (case management) & 1180 (main desk) for more information. Priority at the WC is for CSKT enrolled Tribal Members. Please remember this is a safe and secure facility. Food donations of non-perishable packaged items such as cup of soup, packaged nuts, granola bars, are appreciated. Warm clothing items can be dropped off at Sylvia’s Store in Pablo.
Socks, beanies, gloves are appreciated as well as hygiene supplies. Those items can be dropped off at the Warming Center.
