Tomorrow (Tuesday) is the Primary Election Day and the last day to go vote. If you haven’t already, make a plan to go vote!
Do you need to vote?
- Go to your polling place tomorrow or to your main county election office to vote. Voting is open from 7am-8pm tomorrow. You can find your polling place at MyVoterPageMT.com
- If you live in Missoula County, you can also vote at Gray Wolf Peak Casino.
- If you live in Sanders County, you can also vote at the Hot Springs Polling Place (101 Main Street) or at the Sčilíp Polling Place (35 3rd Street).
Do you need to register to vote?
- Check your voter registration status:Please check your voter registration status at MyVoterPageMT.com – even if you think you’re registered. If your registration status says “pending,” then you are not registered. If your address or name has changed, you’ll need to update your registration. And if your registration status says “inactive,” you’ll need to take certain steps to reactivate your registration.
- Lake County: If you live in Lake County, you can register at:
(1) The Lake County Election Office in Polson (500 1st Street E) today (Monday, before noon) or tomorrow (Tuesday, 7am-8pm).
- Sanders County: If you live in Sanders County, you can register:
(1) at the Hot Springs Polling Place (101 Main Street) tomorrow (Tuesday, 7am-8pm);
(2) at the Sčilíp Polling Place (35 3rd Street) tomorrow (Tuesday, 7am-8pm); or
(3) at the Sanders County Election Office (1111 Main Street) in Thompson Falls today (Monday, before noon) or tomorrow (Tuesday, 7am-8pm).
- Missoula County: If you live in Missoula County, you can register:
(1) at Gray Wolf Peak Casino tomorrow (Tuesday, 7am-8pm); or
(2) at the Missoula County Election Office (140 N. Russell Street) in Missoula today (Monday, before noon) or tomorrow (Tuesday, 7am-8pm).
Are you an absentee/vote-by-mail voter? Do you need to return your absentee ballot?
- If you vote by mail and haven’t turned in your absentee ballot, you should drop it off: (1) at the main election office for your county today (8am-5pm) or tomorrow (7am-8pm), or (2) at any polling place for your county tomorrow (Election Day) by 8 pm.
- Your ballot has to arrive at the main voting office for your county or at a polling place by 8 pm on Election Day, Tuesday. If you put it in the mail today, it won’t get there in time.
