Notice of CSKT Tribal Court Proposed Statutory and Rule Changes
The CSKT Tribal Court is going to propose changes to the Tribal Code and Tribal Court Practice Rules.
The proposed changes are now available on the Tribal Court website at:

The deadline for receiving comments on these proposed changes is September 18, 2026.
If you have any comments about the proposed changes please send them by September 18, 2026 to Rules.TribalCourt@cskt.org or submit them via the online portal at Tribal Court website listed above on the Public Notice link.
All comments will be compiled and presented to the Tribal Council when the proposed changes are also presented.
