​This document contains the Privacy Policy, User Data Deletion Instructions, and Terms of Service for the Job Posts Facebook App integration.

​​1. Privacy Policy

​Introduction

​Welcome to Job Posts. We are committed to protecting your privacy while providing a streamlined way to share professional opportunities. This policy explains how our App interacts with your data when using the WP2Social Auto Publish plugin.

​Information Collection and Automation

​Our App functions by identifying specific content on your WordPress site to share with your audience.

​Category Filtering: The App specifically monitors posts assigned to the “Apply Now” category. When a post is published with this tag, the App accesses the title, featured image, and URL.

​Authentication: We use secure Facebook Access Tokens to authorize the plugin to post on your behalf. These tokens are stored locally on our WordPress server.

​Use of Data

​The data accessed from your “Apply Now” posts is used solely to:

​Generate a preview on Facebook that links directly back to the listing on your website.

​Automate the recruitment workflow to ensure timely updates for applicants.

​Maintain a professional and consistent posting schedule without manual entry.

​Data Storage and Third Parties

​Local Storage: Job Posts does not host your data on external servers. Information remains on your WordPress site and is only transmitted to Facebook via their secure API.

​No Third-Party Sales: We do not sell or share your data, or the data of your applicants, with any third-party marketing firms.

​Security

​We utilize the OAuth protocol for all Facebook interactions. It is recommended to maintain the latest version of the WP2Social Auto Publish plugin to ensure the continued security of your API connections.

​​2. User Data Deletion Instructions

​In compliance with Facebook (Meta) Platform Terms, we provide the following instructions for users to delete their data and revoke app permissions.

​Job Posts does not store your personal data on our own servers. Because all data is handled locally on your WordPress site and sent directly to Facebook, you can delete your data using these steps:

​Revoke Facebook Permissions: Log into your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations. Locate the Job Posts app and click Remove.

​Delete Local Access Tokens: Navigate to the WP2Social Auto Publish settings within your WordPress Dashboard and delete the stored Facebook Access Token.

​Content Removal: To stop specific jobs from being shared or to remove them, remove the “Apply Now” category from the post in WordPress or delete the post from your WordPress site and your Facebook Page manually.

​Acceptance of Terms

​By authorizing the Job Posts App, you agree to these terms. This App is designed to facilitate the automated posting of job listings from your WordPress site to Facebook.

​User Responsibilities

​Content Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all job listings tagged “Apply Now” comply with employment laws and Facebook’s Community Standards.

​Technical Maintenance: You are responsible for maintaining your WordPress site’s security and keeping the integration plugins updated.

​Disclaimers

​The App is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for any errors in posting, API downtime, or changes to Facebook’s platform that may affect the App’s functionality.
