Frequently Asked Questions

What do I do if I miss a payment?  

Contact Tribal Credit as soon as you know you will be unable to make your monthly payment to set up a payment plan to bring loan current, or find options to bring your loan current.  

What do I do if I lose income? 

If you have a decrease in income and cannot make your full monthly payment your can opt into signing over your per capita voluntarily until your loan is current. Keep in mind that once you sign your per capita over you cannot request to get it back until your loan is out of delinquency.  

How can I pay my bill?  

We offer many different ways to make your loan payment; ACH, (CSKT, MVP and SKC) payroll deduction, debit card, cash, drop box, and online.
