We offer multiple ways to make payments safely and on time: 

• ACH (Automatic Clearing House) 
  Enjoy the convenience and peace of mind of automatic payments drafted directly from your bank account. Bank verification is required to get started, such as a voided check or a letter from your financial institution showing the account holder’s name, account number, and routing number. Please see our Credit Staff to help get this started.  

• PRD (Payroll Reserve Deduction) 
  When payroll deduction is available through a borrower’s employer, please see Tribal Credit and we will help coordinate the establishment of payroll deductions to support timely loan repayment. 

• LenderPay [full capacity coming soon] 
  LenderPay allows borrowers to securely make loan payments online. In addition to submitting payments, borrowers can view current loan balances and access their payment history through the LenderPay portal, providing convenient, real-time account visibility.

Payment Drop Box 

For your convenience, a secure Tribal Credit payment drop box is available outside the Tribal Credit Building for after-hours payments and correspondence. The drop box is located at the west exterior door near the office entrance. 

• Payments and correspondence placed in the drop box are collected regularly.  

• Our office may close at times during the day, so the secure drop box is a convenient way to ensure same-day payment delivery. Since interest is assessed daily, making your payment as soon as possible can help reduce interest charges. 

• Please ensure all envelopes are clearly labeled with your name, current phone number, and loan number. 

Only Non-cash payments should be submitted via the drop box.
