The CSKT Wraparound Facilitator works closely with the Education Advocates to identify families that could benefit from wraparound services. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure family and community involvement in program development, and the implementation of wraparound services for tribal children and families on the Flathead Reservation. A key task will be to connect families with community resources and identify services that can best strengthen the family for a positive outcome based off the various barriers that affect the family. The Wraparound Facilitator will identify cultural-based events and activities for youth and families to attend.

Eligibility

The CSKT Wraparound Facilitator will work with tribal youth and their family but will have a limited number of participants in the program. They will support and mentor families and youth who wish to participate in the wraparound process.
