The CSKT Wraparound Facilitator works closely with the Education Advocates to identify families that could benefit from wraparound services. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure family and community involvement in program development, and the implementation of wraparound services for tribal children and families on the Flathead Reservation. A key task will be to connect families with resources and services available in each reservation community.

Eligibility

The CSKT Wraparound Facilitator will work with tribal students but will have a limited number of participants in the program. They will support and mentor families and youth who wish to participate in the wraparound process.
